• Shipping costs : Free
• Delivery time : 1-3 working days
• Shipping service provider : DHL with tracking

🇪🇺 European Union

• Shipping costs : 4,90 € per order
• Delivery time : 3-5 working days
• Shipping service provider : DHL with tracking

🌍 Rest of the world

• Shipping costs : 8,90 € per order
• Delivery time : 5-10 working days
• Shipping service provider : DHL with tracking

🔁 Return & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions :

• The item must be unworn and in original packaging
• Personalized items are non-returnable

Sequence

1. Send us an email to info.globalcharms@gmail.com with your order number
2. You will receive all information about the return from us
3. After receipt of goods, we will refund you the purchase amount

Return costs :

• The costs are to be borne by the customer
• In case of damaged or incorrect goods we will of course cover the costs

Refund :

The refund will usually be made within 5 working days of receipt of the goods via the original payment method used
